Dans un lointain billet, il était question de la notion de subjectivité, élément incontournable pour qui veut appréhender le sujet des risques psychosociaux et du stress plus particulièrement.

Nous sommes tous différents – et c’est heureux – et du coup, cela amène des comportements très variés face aux situations dont les plus déstabilisantes. Face à un même problème, la perception du contexte n’aura pas les mêmes impacts et n’induira pas les mêmes ressentis.

Exemple en ‘image ».

Dans le cadre d’une intervention avec un membre de mon équipe, nous animions des entretiens collectifs sur ce qui pose souci dans une situation de travail. Dans le cadre de cet échange, une obligation était de se référer à une situation de travail précise et de s’appuyer sur du factuel. Deux participants, opérateurs sur la même ligne de production (situé dans les deux catégories « médiatisées » : « jeune » et « senior », l’un travaillant le matin, l’autre d’après-midi) nous ont parlé de ce qui leur posait problème et c’est l’objet de cet exemple !

La situation de travail :

chaîne de production soumise à une obligation de production minimale d’un produit conditionné en final en sac de 30 kg. En fin de cycle (une fois le sac rempli et fermé automatiquement), une opération de manutention pour poser le sac sur la palette voisine située à 1, 5 m environ.

Situation anxiogène pour les deux sujets mais pas pour les mêmes raisons – bon, je sais, vous me voyez venir après avoir lu le contexte de travail  mais tant pis, je poursuis mon propos –

=> pour le plus jeune, ce qui lui pose problème n’est pas la cadence / le rythme imposé, c’est l’inquiétude de ne pas bien positionner son dos dans l’acte de port / transport du sac.

=> pour le plus ancien, ce sont les pannes à répétition de cette censurée de machine qui ne lui permet pas de tenir un rythme et d’obtenir en final la quantité requise.

 

Les deux enseignements :

la même situation vue de deux histoires de vie, de deux parcours différents donnera lieu à un ressenti très différent ce qui montre bien l’importance de tenir compte de cette subjectivité individuelle et collective dans l’analyse d’un contexte.

La seconde chose à en tirer est que fondamentalement, il y a le besoin, la volonté mais également le goût de bien faire, d’effectuer un travail de qualité dont tirer fierté.

Cela nous amènera dans un prochain billet à nous intéresser à la question de la reconnaissance au travail, élément que l’on retrouve dans les problématiques de RPS.
