L’intérêt premier d’un blog est de pouvoir se dispenser d’un ordre pré-établi dans ses publications. J’en profite pour remonter un élément essentiel en matière de prévention des RPS.

Au delà du « pragmatisme éclairé » énoncé il y a quelques temps déjà, il y a deux autres incontournables à ne pas négliger :

=> le facteur temps et donc derrière la nécessaire anticipation des aléas, des priorités de dernière minute et autres urgences (impondérables, cas de force majeure) qui pimentent toute activité humaine ;

=> la communication au sens large et elle aussi envisagée dans ses différentes composantes…

 

Pourquoi ce post ?

 

Tout simplement pour enfoncer les portes ouvertes, les clous et renforcer la pertinence de ce principe qualité bien connu : je dis ce que je fais, je fais ce que je dis etc.

Et pour renforcer le fait que le malheureusement fameux : « faites ce que je dis mais pas ce que je fais » a encore de beaux jours devant lui. J’en ai encore eu un exemple pas plus tard que ce matin.

Donc, à bon entendeur….

 

 

Selon la terminologie militaire qui « va bien », la « marteauthérapie » est encore une bonne pratique pour faire rentrer un certain nombre de choses dans des esprits réfractaires ! Mais il est clair que cette dernière phrase ne s’applique pas à vous, lecteurs ou lectrices de ce blog !     ;o))
