A propos de stress au travail – 3

Nous avons commencé, bille en tête, deux posts sur le stress au travail. Mais il serait bien cependant de démarrer logiquement par le début ! Cela commence mal me direz-vous ? Plus simplement, il serait judicieux de contextualiser le sujet et de définir les notions utilisées pour faciliter la compréhension et être tous au même niveau.

Nous allons donc réparer cet impair à présent.

Ainsi, selon le Ministère du travail : les risques psychosociaux recouvrent des risques professionnels qui portent atteinte à l’intégrité physique et à la santé mentale des salariés : stress, harcèlement, épuisement professionnel, violence au travail…

D’après l’INSERM : les facteurs psychosociaux au travail désignent un vaste ensemble de variables, à l’intersection des dimensions individuelles, collectives et organisationnelles de l’activité professionnelle, d’où la complexité à les appréhender, à les déceler, voire à les reconnaître.

 

Concernant la définition du stress :

Selon l’agence européenne pour la sécurité et la santé de Bilbao, un état de stress survient lorsqu’il y a déséquilibre entre :

la perception qu’une personne a des contraintes que lui impose son environnement et

La perception qu’elle a de ses propres ressources pour y faire face.
