Elle a poursuivi: «Le stress et les inquiétudes dans la vie sont comme ce verre d ’eau.

Pensez-y pendant un moment et rien ne se passe. Pensez-y un peu plus longtemps et ils commencent à faire mal. Et si vous y pensez toute la journée, vous vous sentez paralysés – incapable de faire quoi que ce soit ».
